Our business was born from a passion for Thailand, a wonderful country thanks both to the richness of its territory and the hospitality of its people. ThailandiaWeb (www.thailandiaweb.com) was founded in 2005 and it is a tour operator in Thailand currently specializing in “Inbound” for the Italian and international market. Our agency organizes holidays and tours throughout Thailand with the authorization of the Tourism Authority of Thailand and T.A.T. license. Our tours are tailor-made and offered in various languages including: Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Chinese. We also provide customer support via email, phone, WhatsApp and Skype.
The direct presence in Thailand allows us to we create our own product which is cared for up to the smallest details. In fact, ThailandiaWeb organizes its tours with its own guides and means of transportation and has got a direct relationship of mutual trust with the hotels included in the travel packages.
Among the services offered, in fact, we include an on-site customer assistance during the whole holiday or tours purchased.
ThailandiaWeb is composed by a Foreigner-Thai joint staff and by Thai guides specializing in several languages, including English. Our guides are mainly based in Bangkok but also in Chiang Mai for the tours in the north of the country, in Phuket for those in the South of Thailand and in Koh Samui for tours of the Gulf of Thailand.
The founder and current service supervisor of ThailandiaWeb is Dr. Pablo Ducali.
Miss Soma, on the other side, is the owner of the tourist agency, which provides exclusive services offered by Thailandiaweb.
