With 10 days of vacation, for example, we recommend a stay in Bangkok with intimate and exciting atmospheres and a beach holiday in Phuket (in our opinion the best solution) or Koh Samui or Koh Tao or Koh Lipe or Koh Kood (or many other locations).
If, on the other hand, you have 2 or 3 weeks available for your honeymoon, it is advisable to dedicate half of the holiday to itinerant tours from Bangkok to Northern Thailand. Finally, the other half of the holiday in a tropical seaside setting: with a stay in a seaside resort and exploring the wonderful islands of the Andaman Sea (or the Gulf of Thailand).

Ayutthaya was one of the ancient capitals of Thailand and is a UNESCO World Heritage listed site. The magnificent ancient capital was founded in 1350 by King U-Thong, King of Siam, at the junction point of the Lopburi, the Prasak and the Chao Phraya Rivers. During its 417 years as the capital, 33 kings of 5 dynasties ruled the kingdom. These Siamese kings repelled many Burmese raids, but the city was finally sacked by the Burmese in 1767, closing this chapter in history.
